Our policies
- Canceling or moving
- Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move. Later than that, we charge half the service price.
- Holding your appointment
- A card holds your appointment. You won't be charged until your visit is complete.
- Deposits
- Color corrections need a $50 deposit, taken off your bill.
- Running late
- Running more than 15 minutes late? Call us; we may need to shorten or move your service.
- Children
- Kids are welcome for their own cuts, priced by length like everyone else.
- If something isn’t right
- Not happy with your cut? Tell us within a week and we'll fix it at no charge.
- Tipping
- Tips are welcome by card or cash, never expected.
- Allergies and skin tests
- New to color with us? A quick skin test at least 48 hours before your first color. It takes five minutes and is free.
New clients
$15 off your first cut or color. First visit only, on any service from $45. Mention it when you book.
